Logemate provides logistics consulting, infrastructure planning, operational optimization, warehousing design, technology integration, third-party logistics advisory, and other professional logistics services. By using our Services, you agree to:

3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, reports, systems, software integrations, and intellectual property developed by or on behalf of Logemate remain the sole property of Logemate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use deliverables solely for internal purposes related to their business operations and may not reproduce, distribute, or sublicense them without our written consent.
4. Confidentiality
Logemate and the client shall maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business, technical, and financial information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation shall survive termination of the service relationship.
5. Payment Terms

Payments are to be made in accordance with the terms set forth in the individual service agreement or invoice.

Delayed payments may result in service suspension or legal action.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and government charges, which are the responsibility of the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Logemate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Service Modifications
Logemate reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will endeavor to inform clients of significant changes in advance.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, the client must settle any outstanding balances, and Logemate will return or destroy confidential information as agreed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
